She has been recognized on numerous occasions for her outstanding sales accomplishments and has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), e-Certification, and the Resort & Recreation Specialist (RRS) designations. Upon getting her Broker’s license in 2005 Pam received the prestigious CREST award. Being an assistant broker and an actively selling realtor has honed Pam’s skills as a negotiator.

Pam graduated Cum Laude from Southern Connecticut State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. She did her internship at Yale New Haven Hospital and her graduate work at University of New Haven in Business and Accounting. Pam was Vice-President and Owner of a successful retail business with her husband, Rick, for more than 22 years. As an executive member of the Hamden Plaza Merchants’ Association from 1989-1999, she revitalized the association by developing and implementing their annual marketing strategies. Working with the Mayor’s office, Pam brought national developers together, including National Shopping Centers and Kimco, to revitalize Hamden’s “Magic Mile” as part of a major redevelopment project. The Cohn’s began their residential and commercial sales experience in Connecticut.

Pam has always been active in the community. She was the Youth Commissioner and a youth advisor for high school teens 1996-2001. Pam was also the Mayor’s liaison on the “Task Force for Quality Education”.

As a resident of Palm Harbor, Pam has stayed actively involved in the community as illustrated by her membership in the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), Toastmasters, and the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce. Buying & selling in Pinellas county since the 1980’s has given Pam her background, knowledge and appreciation of the area.

Pam’s extensive background, combined with strong leadership skills, makes her uniquely qualified to assist homeowners and buyers with all their real estate needs. Call or email Pam for assistance.
